We hold stocks of all lines illustrated and wherever possible dispatch goods within 3 working days of receiving the order.

However, at times of exceptional demand please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

We will inform you via email the anticipated delivery date.

If you have not received your order in this time, please notify us, stating your name, the date of your order and the details of the items ordered.

In the event that goods are damaged on arrival, or part or all of an order is not received within the specified time, please inform us within 5 working days of receipt or expected delivery, otherwise no claim can be considered.

Prices

Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the website. However we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative to accepting, of accepting late delivery or a refund.

Returned Goods

A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us, unsoiled within 14 days, for any reason.

Alternatively the goods may be exchanged.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods.

Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange.
